Refund Policy
If Zion is not for you, we want it to be easy to leave with your money. This policy mirrors the Double Guarantee shown on our offer.
1. The 30-day money-back guarantee
Within 30 days of your first paid subscription invoice, you may cancel for any reason and we will refund 100% of what you paid us. There are no forms. Email support@zionapp.co with the school account, and we will process the refund within 7 working days, by the same payment method.
2. The 90-day "Hours Back" results guarantee
If you complete onboarding with us (import your students and run the daily Goal Check for at least 30 days) and Zion has not reduced your daily Goal Check workflow to under five minutes, we will work with you for free until it does. If that still cannot be achieved, we will refund 100% of what you paid us and you keep your data export.
The results guarantee is available for 90 days from your first paid subscription invoice. To claim it, email support@zionapp.co with a short note about what is not working.
3. The $49 refundable seat deposit
The Founding 50 seat deposit (or local equivalent) is refundable in full if you decide not to start your subscription. If you do start, it is applied to your first invoice.
4. Outside the guarantee windows
After 30 days for money-back, and 90 days for the results guarantee, subscription fees are non-refundable for unused time on a monthly plan. For annual plans, refunds outside the windows are at our discretion and only for unused full months.
5. What we do not refund
- Fees charged by your bank, mobile-money provider, or any currency conversion.
- Paid one-off services already delivered (for example, custom training time).
- Fees on accounts terminated for serious breach of our Terms or Acceptable Use Policy.
6. How to ask
Email support@zionapp.co from the email on the school account, or reply to any email from us. We will confirm within two working days.
