How it works

No trick, no lock-in, no surprise invoice

Free for 30 days

You get the whole product, not a cut-down version. We import your students and PACEs and set the school up with you.

A card, but no charge

We take a card to start so there is nothing to do when you decide to stay. Nothing is charged during the trial and you can cancel in two clicks.

Then $399 a month

On day 31 it becomes the Lite plan unless you cancel. Anything above Lite locks then, and you can move up whenever you want it back.

Why founders join

Every evening lost to paperwork is an evening stolen from your calling

You did not start an ACE school to spend your best hours tallying Goal Cards and PACE scores by hand. But that is where the time goes, every single day.

Lost hours

Hours every week buried in manual reports instead of leading.

Missed warnings

Students who fall behind without anyone catching it in time.

Worn-out staff

Supervisors worn out by paperwork instead of pouring into children.

What founding schools get

The Double Guarantee once you are paying

The Double Guarantee

Both apply from the day you start paying, so the risk of staying sits with us.

30 day money back

Any reason, or no reason at all. A full refund, no forms to fill in.

90 day hours back

Finish onboarding with us, and if Zion has not cut your daily Goal Check to under five minutes we keep working for free until it does. If we still cannot, you get a full refund and you keep your data export.

Shipped, not promised

From the founder

Built by someone who grew up in an ACE school

I am Sipho Yawe, an ACE graduate and the founder of Zion. I know the daily Goal Check, the Goal Cards, the PACE tests, and the supervisors who stayed late tallying it all by hand. When I looked for software to make that easier, everything was generic, built for ordinary schools and then stretched to fit ours. So I built the tool I wished our school had had. ACE-native, from the inside out.

Common questions

Questions ACE leaders ask

Everything schools want to know before starting the trial.

Is it really free for 30 days?

Yes. You get the complete product for 30 days and nothing is charged in that time. We ask for a card up front so your school does not lose access on the day the trial ends while someone hunts for a payment method.

What happens on day 31?

It becomes the Lite plan at $399 a month unless you cancel first. Lite covers up to 150 students and the full academic core, which is grading with moderation, report cards, the permanent record and the at-risk analytics. Features above that plan, like the parent portal and WhatsApp messaging, lock at that point and come back the moment you upgrade.

Can I cancel before I am charged?

Yes, any time during the trial, from your billing page. No email, no phone call, no retention script.

What does it cost after the trial?

Starter is $199 a month for up to 50 students, Lite is $399 for up to 150, Standard is $799 for up to 400, and Enterprise is $4,000 for multi-campus groups. Pay yearly and you get twelve months for the price of ten.

How do we pay?

By card, handled by Polar, which is our merchant of record and takes care of any tax or VAT. Only Enterprise can pay by bank transfer. We do not support mobile money yet, so tell us first if that is the only way your school can pay.

Which countries are you in?

We are starting in East Africa. Uganda, Kenya, Rwanda and Tanzania first, with more countries after the founding cohort.

You are new. Why should I trust you?

Zion is built by an ACE graduate, for ACE schools. We onboard you personally, your data is private to your school and exportable at any time, and once you are paying there is a 30-day money-back guarantee with no forms.
